At the moment there are no monetary refunds, only changes of physical products.
The purchases made in the online store IF are eligible for changes in our physical stores.
Changes of purchase items made on the TRINITATESHOP site are accepted within 8 calendar days from the day the product was received.
The new product that is desired should be of equal or greater value to the original purchase (in case the value is greater the surplus should be covered in its entirety), and the existence of the new products should be checked requested.
In order for the exchange policies to be applied, the merchandise must be returned in good condition, with the original packaging, as well as the requirement of the new product requested. It is very important that the package is included in the order number for your own identification once the package is delivered to our offices.

The costs of shipments by change must be covered in full by the customer
Once the package is received, the products will be validated and the change will be sent within the next 8 business days.
In case of loss attributable to the company, the customer has 24 hours of receiving the product to report it to TRINITATE (email@example.com) with the corresponding evidence, once this period has expired the product will not be replaced.
Yes, upon receiving the package it is in poor condition, please do NOT receive it.
Orders are processed within 48 business hours of purchase.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package to be able to track it.
The customer must be responsible for tracking their package using the means provided by the parcel company either via the web or by telephone.
From the date of shipment you will receive your merchandise from 3 to 5 business days.
